Fort Wayne's Fox 55 picked up the story and has started reporting on it.

Every additional person we can put this story in front of is a win!

Well! This shows that there can be power for the people when shown in the right light. I think we all know that the prosecutor would never have let go of this without the people standing up and voicing their concerns. He probably saw it as another notch on the grip..as the angry pubic servant most likely did.

Now. Was he FIRED and decertified? Did the corrupt police union just shuffle him ONCE AGAIN to another gang? He may go to a gang that welcomes pubic servants such as himself if he was not fired.

I believe that all are grateful that she was able to stand up and walk instead of the alternative.

Scary thing is, as a tourist I am scared to be on vacation in USA. I love being in America and spend time with all the friendly people I have met, but the police in America scares me more than the criminals. This is just too sad...

Well he thought he was off the hook because his body cam wasn't on when he threw her down on the blacktop. We have a God who cares and God saw the Injustice in this and that video camera from the gas station has God's hand all over it. Will you please take policeman like this take their badge away they are giving the good policeman a bad name. We're going to be following this story and if this man isn't taken off the force or if he isn't better yet than to prison there's there's going to be consequences to the actions of those that are not getting rid of this man and taking him off the street. She…

Should have been a speeding ticket & warning. Glad Vivian pulled into that gas station with video! Don't want to think what could have happened if she had just pulled over on the side of the street. Surprised South Whitley, pop.1700, has 2 day cops. Raised in small IL rural town,1 cop & county for additional. Combo shortage of good police, communities with small budgets, ignoring backgound checks of bad cops, quotas for traffic ticket revenues, low crime, boredom, & inflated egos is never a good outcome. Hope your purposed requested reforms are passed & implemented for your community. Don't know if my signature helps, but it has been added to your petition. Praying for your family's safety & success.
