Kody Fisher with Indianapolis WISH TV did a great job telling Vivian's story last night!
Continuing this conversation is important! The fact that they dropped the charges (after being forced with public outrage) does not take away what happened, and the subsequent series of failures. We the people want changes.

I have watched the videos several times and cannot believe that this policeman was not fired right from the start. Pulling a 90-pound high school female student out of her car with such force and throwing on the concrete? This conduct isn't acceptable. The girl even had her license in her hand. I hope the policeman is prosecuted and sued.
THE OFFICER IS CLEARLY A WEAK, PSYCHOTIC, SMALL MAN WITH ANGER ISSUES. HE IS TWICE THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF VIVIAN AND HE CAN'T GET HER OUT OF THE CAR AND HANDCUFFED WITHOUT THROWING HER TO THE GROUND.
ALSO, HE ASKED HER FOR ID AND ASKED HER TO GET OUT OF THE CAR WHILE SHE WAS GETTING HER ID... HER ID WAS IN HER HAND WHEN HE THREW HER TO THE GROUND! THEN HE TELLS HER I ASKEDF FOR ID AND YOU DIDN'T GIVE IT TO ME AND I ASKED YOU TO GET OUT OF THE CAR AND YOU DID NOT... DOES HE GET A TREAT FROM MCDONALDS IF HIS TRAFFIC STOPS BEAT THE CLOCK!
HE NEEDS TO GO TO…
Officers should be given a fine of $1000 to $500 for failure to have body camera on during traffic stops!!! We need to petition for this fact also and hold them accountable for disobeying the local laws.
Why has the cop not been arrested for assault and battery, as well as perjury on his arrest report (if signed as sworn) or false statements (if not signed as sworn) as well as falsification of government records?
I found my way here cause The Civil Rights Lawyer Channel on YouTube has a video that was a recommendation. Vivian handled the situation very well. She didn't do anything that the corrupt cop could use against her to make his case stronger. The father reacted very calm, and cool while his rights were being violated too. I hope enough attention is put on the officer being charged with the crimes he committed.
